The Frigate used to be a stationary, AI-Controlled capitol ship called [NPC] Gentu. It will be reintroduced sometime in either January or February of 2005 the nearish future as far as we can tell as a mobile AI-controlled Serco capital ship patrolling the Serco-Itani border.
