Definition:
SetMenuMode(userdata self, int mode, userdata parent) -> nil
Description:
Change visibility of logoff button and the parent dialog
Arguments:
self this dialog
mode 1 = don't show logoff button; 2 = show button
parent dialog to show on clicking close
