UPDATE_FRIENDKEY_LIST - Does it occur if the player has no friend keys to give?
PLAYER_UPDATE - Sometimes occurs for reasons unknown
PLAYER_ENTERED_SECTOR - Additional per (N)PCs in sector
CHAT_MSG_SERVER - Additional message when subscription is about to expire
STORM_STOPPED - Test with storm active
