This server (supposedly hosted on a single-processor sub-1GHz machine) is where Player Contribution Corps members can test their missions and where the developers occasionally test out new server-side features.
To connect to the test server, simply prefix your username with the string test: when logging in. For example, if your username was Incarnate, you would log into the test server with the username test:Incarnate.
